Grandmother Céleste Lagioia, is of Italian, French, and Walloon lineage through both her mother and father. Grandmother Céleste is a Keeper of the Mask, the Traditions, and the Sacred Word of an Ancestral Tradition still under protection today. Initiated and guided by her maternal grandmother and paternal grandfather, she now stands as a Chieftainess and joyfully embraces the Sacred Duty of Alliance, along with the ancestral arts of Music, Poetry, and Dance.
She is one of the 144 Earth Guardians within the "One Planet, One People" alliance and has contributed to the creation of several foundational Manifestos: For Peace, For a Better World, For the Protection of Water, For the Recognition of Spiritual and Ancestral Traditions, and For the Respect of Mother and Father Tongues. She advocates that laws be honoured, upheld, or transformed when they no longer serve the harmony of the Worlds.  
She also serves as one of the Grandmothers on the Council of Elders and as a Member of the Council of the Circle of Wisdom and the Union of Ancestral Traditions and Spiritualities.  
Together with Grandmother Ayangat of Mongolia, she co-founded GERLIIN URGUU EUROPE, where she currently serves as President.  
She dedicates her life to bearing witness to the Wisdom of her Ancestors and Oracles, and to fulfilling the Duties entrusted to her.

Khakha Célestin Mukanda Gigunga Tshagala is a Mu-Kwese, a Sacred Bearer of the Traditions and the Spoken Wisdom of the Ba-Kwese lineage of the Kingdom of Kongo. A Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Vovinam Viet Vo Dao, he is also a member of the CERVA (Center for the Study and Research of African Values).  
He is one of the Elders of Deep Africa and one of the 144 Earth Guardians for "One Planet One People".  
He contributed to the writing of Manifestos: For Peace, For a Better World, For the Protection of Water, For the Recognition of Spiritual and Ancestral Traditions, and For the Respect of Mother and Father Tongues. He works to ensure that laws are upheld or transformed when they no longer serve the balance and sacred order of the Worlds.  
He is one of the Grandfathers of the Council of Elders and a Member of the Circle of Wisdom and the Union of Ancestral Traditions and Spiritualities.  
He devotes his life to the transmission of KiMuntu teachings—core principles of ancestral African wisdom—and has received from his Ancestors The Heart of Presence, a sacred dance that restores harmony in the sacred space of Kalunga.  
As co-founder of the association "Ki-Muntu of Célestin Mukanda and Céleste Lagioia", he shares, alongside his wife Céleste, the deep beauty of the Alliance born from their respective Traditions.
